Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the PingIT: Host Monitor Pro mobile application (the "Service") operated by Batan Ay ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

PingIT provides professional network diagnostic tools including "WiFi Analyzer," "Bluetooth Hunter," "Port Scan," and "Server Monitor." By using these features, you agree to the following strict guidelines:

Strict Warning: You agree to use scanning features ONLY on networks and devices that you own or have explicit permission to analyze. Using this app to track individuals without consent (stalking) or unauthorized surveillance is strictly prohibited.

You must not use the Service for any illegal activities, including unauthorized port scanning, vulnerability probing, or Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
We are not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Service on public networks or third-party devices.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers a "Pro" subscription (PingIT Pro) that unlocks features such as unlimited monitoring, faster intervals, and advanced scanning tools.

Billing: Processed securely through Google Play Billing.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via Google Play Store. Access continues until the billing period ends.

3. Feature Limitations & Disclaimers

The Service provides analytical data based on available hardware sensors.

Accuracy: Signal strength (RSSI) and distance estimates in "Bluetooth Hunter" and "WiFi Analyzer" are approximations. Environmental factors (walls, interference) significantly affect accuracy. This app is not a substitute for professional hardware calibration tools.
Reliability: The "Server Monitor" background service relies on Android's battery management. We do not guarantee 100% uptime for alerts and are not liable for any business losses due to missed notifications.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Batan Ay and its licensors.

5. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services (such as Google AdMob) that are not owned or controlled by us.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Batan Ay be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice.
